Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility within stores.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling personal care products to assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess product displays, inventory levels, and merchandising opportunities, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic sales plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the personal care or consumer goods industry.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of retail sales principles, merchandising techniques, and market dynamics.

  • Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
