Roles & Responsibilities
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets (Volume, value)
- Ensure and enhance full route coverage, drop size, market share, success rate.
- Follow up and audit the collection from the customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance their sales skills.
- Check and follow up on sales actions and conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve sales strategies.
- Utilize sales tools and software to track performance, manage customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
- Uphold Nestl s standards of quality, safety, and ethical business practices in all field operations.
