Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Assist the Field Service Engineers in supporting on-site activities, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of lab analyzers.
- Join senior engineers during preventive maintenance and repairs to gain practical, hands-on experience in maintaining laboratory equipment.
- Support the field service team by communicating with customers, collecting feedback, and ensuring their needs are met during service visits.
- Assist in basic equipment checks, documentation, and ensuring that customer sites are prepared for upcoming service visits.
- Shadow senior engineers to learn best practices for resolving technical issues, replacing spare parts, and calibrating instruments.
- Help with logistical and operational tasks such as preparing tools, spare parts, and equipment for field visits, ensuring that the team is well-equipped for maintenance activities.
- Maintain communication with the field service team to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations and service schedules.
- Assist in preparing service reports, documenting completed work, and updating systems for tracking maintenance activities.
- Participate in continuous learning opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
You hold a Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Economy, Business Administration, or any related area
You are at an early stage in your career. Fresh graduates will be preferred
Having a basic understanding of healthcare systems and laboratory equipment is preferred
You are eager to work with diverse cultures
You have strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
You are motivated to work in a hands-on environment and support field operations.
You possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
You are proficient in English
