Pentabell is seeking a skilled Field Service Coordinator, for one of its clients. The role involves managing field service operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Position:
Field Service Coordinator

Summary:
Coordinate field services to ensure efficient installation, testing, and repair of equipment. Supervise team activities and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Study drawings, schematics, manuals, and other specifications and determine installation and/or service procedures
Conduct Installation, Testing and Repair jobs as per client requirement
Supervise workers testing, tuning, and adjusting equipment to obtain optimum operating performance
Work closely with Client s Site supervisor and perform all tasks in line as per instructed by him within the specified time
Handle all customer property without damage
Comply with all HSE rules while working in the workshop
Lead the work relationship with clients at client s site (as applicable)
Deal with customers professionally and adhere to customer s (site) safety and other policies and procedures
Prepare monthly reports and logs for various activities performed
Lead, assist and guide the team to accomplish the required jobs
Provide proper guidance and supervision to the team and set clear objectives
Manage the team, motivate them, and help them to increase their performance
Manage day to day work and make sure that goals are achieved
Coordinate with clients to facilitate them on priority

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree/Diploma in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
5 8 years in wellhead services, incl. 2+ in field roles
PMP certification
Tool handling & HSE knowledge
