Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or IT Engineering
• UAE driving license preferred
• Experience in field service, installation, or technical support is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently at customer sites
• Willingness to travel across customer locations in the UAE

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain equipment and systems at customer sites
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
• Provide on-site technical support and basic user training
• Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Manage assigned tools, spare parts, and service inventory
• Maintain professional communication with customers and stakeholders
