Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, I/O test, startup and commissioning of filling and packaging equipment focusing on electric and automation systems integration.
- Configure and troubleshoot PLC program (e.g Siemens Tia Portal, Allen Bradley, B&R) HMI s and SCADA system to ensure seamless operation.
- Conduct system diagnostics and resolve issues related to sensors, actuators, servo drive and other automation components.
- Documents technical activities including commissioning report, fault log and service report.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulations and industry standard during all field operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in field of new equipment testing and commissioning and/or existing equipment maintenance and overhauling.
- Technical subject matter expertise on Automation (Siemens Tia Portal, Elau & AB)
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus)
- Previous experience with KHS machine is a plus
- Very Good command in English.
