Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You ll be resolving issues, troubleshooting, installing, servicing, and repairing equipment at customer sites. That includes working on some special high-visibility projects and following up with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting daily service and repair needs and drive customer satisfaction
- Install, repair and maintain equipment in the field; providing customer training as required
- Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work
- Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customers
- Assesses product and equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements
You ll work closely with colleagues and Technical Support staff. This is a role that requires some travel, and may also require the ability to work outside of normal business hours.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education/Training: Associates Degree or equivalent technical training. Electrical/Electronic Engineering related Degree. Computer literacy required, Experience with Mechanical, Electrical and advantage with IT/Networks experience.
Experience: Minimum of three years overall relevant experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment. FSE s should have a minimum of two years field experience with Electro-mechanical systems and preferred knowledge in IT networks. Candidate should have experience in installation, Integration, Testing and commissioning.
