Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

With cross-training on all our products, you ll be servicing them at customer sites across the UK. That includes working on some special high-visibility projects. You ll be resolving issues, troubleshooting, installing, servicing, and repairing equipment. On some projects you may be supervising colleagues. When not in the field, you ll be proving technical assistance, and liaising with customers.

You ll also be expected to:

  • Meet daily service repair needs and drive customer satisfaction
  • Document all inspections, maintenance and repair work, and review logs for open issues
  • Participates in Service sales opportunities and assists with promoting and implementing revenue programs
  • Ensures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
  • Assesses product and equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

You ll need

You should have an Associate degree, ONC, HNC or equivalent experience, along with the aptitude to learn specialized software programs. Your experience should ideally include working with mechanical and air-conditioning systems, troubleshooting, field repair or technical support activities centered on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.

Arabic language is required.
