Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Under broad direction, coordinates complex failure investigations in Operations and Repair & Maintenance. Manages implementation of solutions based on final investigations results and trend analysis to mitigate repeat failures. Upon closure of failure investigations, ensures distribution of customer failure reports and best practices. Reviews, identifies, and reports all process gaps in the local and Halliburton Management System (HMS) Standards. Certifies that district Service Quality (SQ) metrics are accurate and up-to-date. Visits field and shop locations to review performance issues, identify knowledge gaps, and propose SQ improvement solutions. Arranges, participates and monitors local and vendor SQ audits. Acts as a mentor to other Field Service Quality Coordinators (FSQC) team and the operations team in general matters concerning SQ delivery, HMS and SQ data. Coordinates, prepares and presents Customer SQ Reviews as requested from the Business Development (BD) team. May coordinate and manage FSQC/Reliability investigation teams. Requires an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and a minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience including experience in field operations and reliability.
