Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician in Beirut, Lebanon with experience in low current systems to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at client sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in field environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain low current systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, and security systems
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at client locations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct system testing, commissioning, and handover
  • Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure proper execution
  • Prepare service reports and documentation after each site visit
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Provide technical support and basic training to clients when required
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Mechatronics or related engineering field
  • 3 4 years of hands-on experience in low current systems
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and network cabling systems
  • Ability to read technical drawings and system layouts
  • Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests
