Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to MAB branches throughout the Gulf and West Africa to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machines. You will work closely with our clients to ensure optimal equipment performance, provide technical support, and perform preventive maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery at various MAB locations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Provide excellent on-site customer support and training
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of work performed
