Qualifications:

• High school diploma
  
• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  
• Minimum of 3 years experience or coursework related to electrical systems and mechanical components is advantageous.
  
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
  
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment and parts.
  
• Comfortable working in a workshop environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
  

Task Description:

• Assist in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, motors, and alternators under the guidance of senior technicians. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic service environment.
  
• Assist senior technicians in diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues in motors and alternators using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  
• Support in performing repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance tasks on motors and alternators.
  
• Provide assistance during tests and calibrations to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet performance standards.
  
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.
  
• Learning and Development: Learn and apply repair techniques and procedures through on-the- job training and mentorship from senior technicians.
  
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and team members.
