Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Field Operations Oversight
- Supervise daily field service activities including mobilization, site setup, and contractor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
2. Contractor Management
- Monitor performance of third-party drilling and logistics contractors.
- Support audits, onboarding, and compliance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
3. Logistics Coordination
- Manage logistics for field teams including transportation, housing, water, and power supply.
- Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of crews and equipment.
4. Project Execution Support
- Assist in planning and executing logistics-related components of exploration projects.
- Track progress and report on field service KPIs and operational milestones.
5. Safety & Compliance
- Enforce EHSS standards across all field service operations.
- Ensure field infrastructure meets safety and environmental requirements.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, contractor performance, and logistics operations.
- Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and support continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Geoscience, or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training (preferred).
Minimum Experience:
- 6 10 years of experience in field operations, logistics, or drilling services.
- Proven experience in managing contractors and field teams in remote or challenging environments.
