Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Experience in rotating equipment field is general.

Be familiar with appropriate analytical skills and experimental techniques for Motor repair & Service.

Be capable of installation, testing, commissioning, inspection, trouble shooting, major overhauling, and repair.

Good knowledge of engineering drawings.

Be familiar with manufacturing process and methods for motor products.

Be good team-working skills.

Strong knowledge of hand tools.

Conduct troubleshooting and failure analysis on site or workshop.

Develops materials & product specifications for repair using research, analytical skills, conceptual and planning skills.

Specifications, discuss services process issues, and resolve service / repair problems in a timely manner.

Provide training / mentoring to less experienced department staff.

Have an experience in alignment methods (Laser kit is plus).p>

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Knowledge of ANSI & IEEE inspection tools and methods.(Preferred)

Strong mathematical background and electrical and mechanical aptitude.

Compliance with experience of metal machining is preferred.

Experience in fields and plants attitude.

Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering from technical institute.

Minimum 5 years experience in motor installation, repair, commissioning, trouble shooting, major overhauling, maintenance & Services.

Background on Basic safety & Environment.
