Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The role is responsible for delivering every on the field activities and programs, including definition, execution of a monthly Diorly (team briefing) calendar according to team gaps and needs, in collaboration with boutique department managers.
The field trainer is a shop floor base role and will spend time on the floor observing, providing feedback and on spot coaching to Sales Associate monitoring performance based on KPIs, NPS and CX reports.
Responsible for in boutique On boarding program completion for 100% of boutique new joiners, including completion and training on all Dior app and retail platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience required in a customer service field, preferably Luxury R
Fundamental knowledge and skills in Training and Development activities
Ability to identify and satisfy the needs of internal and external clients, displaying passion, energy and commitment to meeting and exceeding expectations
Ability to use computer software and applications
