Figma Designer / UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and project goals
• Develop and maintain scalable design components and style guides
• Translate complex ideas into simple and elegant user experiences
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results
• Ensure visual consistency across platforms and devices
• Participate in design reviews and contribute creative, strategic input

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Figma and related design tools
• Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and interaction design
• Portfolio showcasing UI or product design work (required)
• Ability to solve design problems creatively and effectively
• Knowledge of prototyping, wireframing, and user flows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts is a plus
• Experience with user research, testing, or UX writing is a plus
