Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance on all assigned devices.
Provide electrical/mechanical support and perform emergency repairs as needed.
Understand and follow Electrical Schematics.
Required participation in Territory After Hours Support and Repairs.
Responsible for all communication with assigned hatcheries.
Complete all relevant reporting forms and procedures including scheduling visits, customer site contacts, parts usage priorities, site cart management, certification program, vehicle, and equipment maintenance within assigned time period.
Manage the Hatchery Inovo Process on behalf of IQVIA's customer Field Service
Technicians in an assigned territories.
Manage IQVIA's customer Operator Training Program (customer employees).
Facilitate the product and sanitation preparation program for all IQVIA's customers
Devices.
Support and conduct the execution of the IQVIA's customer Process Evaluation
Program.
Principle for collecting and reporting all important information within IQVIA's customer Field aware System.
Follow all safety/precautionary procedures.
Regular communication with supervisor.

Requirements
  • 3 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.

  • 2 3 years of field service experience, preferably in industrial or hatchery equipment.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

  • Strong communication and reporting skills with customers and supervisors.

  • Proven commitment to safety standards and compliance procedures
