Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operations and minimal downtime across the facility.
  • Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems, identifying and rectifying faults promptly to maintain optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing and skilled workforce.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP equipment, proactively mitigating potential issues and extending equipment lifespan.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, showcasing a strong technical foundation.
  • Holds relevant professional certifications such as a LEED AP or similar (Optional), demonstrating a commitment to industry best practices.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance, with a proven track record in a supervisory role.
  • Exhibits prior experience in the UAE, possessing a valid UAE driving license, reflecting familiarity with local regulations and infrastructure.
