Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Presentation Design and Finalization
- Refine and finalize presentations to ensure they are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Adjust slide layouts, typography, colors, and imagery for maximum impact.
- Digital Document Design
- Prepare and finalize digital documents such as PDFs, brochures, and reports for distribution.
- Ensure proper formatting, hyperlinks, interactive elements, and accessibility standards.
- Adapt designs for various digital platforms, ensuring compatibility across devices and screen sizes.
- Brand Consistency Across Media
- Maintain consistent use of fonts, colors, logos, and design elements across all outputs print, digital, and presentations.
- Uphold brand guidelines and visual identity in every deliverable.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Software Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, and other design tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and correct inconsistencies in layouts, typography, and formatting.
- Adaptability: Skilled in working across multiple formats and platforms, ensuring high-quality outputs for all mediums.
- Experience: Previous experience in design finalization or similar roles is preferred.
