Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts; report variances and provide financial insights
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, and local authorities
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
  • Oversee internal control systems and continuously improve financial processes
  • Support management with financial analysis, cost control, and reporting
  • Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of outputs

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master s degree or professional certification is an advantage)

  • Minimum 5 7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
  • Experience in construction sector is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (especially Turkish) are a plus.
