Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, enabling efficient financial reporting.
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections to support cash flow management.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and data analysis to aid strategic planning.
  • Generate financial reports and perform variance analysis to help management understand financial performance and make informed decisions.
  • Support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and addressing queries, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive employee experience through timely salary disbursements.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the maintenance of financial software systems, ensuring data integrity and user support for optimal performance.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices, continuously improving processes to enhance compliance and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in financial principles.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles, demonstrating a proven track record in financial administration.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or ACCA) preferred, showcasing commitment to the finance profession and expertise.
  • Experience in the specific industry (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, or technology) to bring valuable insights and knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English; additional language proficiency is a plus for diverse workplace interactions.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Excel), ensuring efficiency in data management and reporting.
