About the Role

As a Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with a strong background in financial administration and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate with teams across departments to streamline financial processes.

• Monitor outstanding payments and liaise with relevant parties for collections.

Who You Are

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in financial administration or accounting.

• Strong knowledge of financial software and reporting tools.

• Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Strong understanding of EMEA financial regulations is a plus.
