Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, management reports, and executive presentation decks for leadership review

  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization

  • Track and monitor budgets, actual spend, and cost-saving initiatives

  • Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual expenses and highlight key deviations

  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection, validation, and reporting

  • Develop and maintain financial and operational dashboard using tools such as Power BI and Excel

  • Perform break-even analysis, feasibility studies, and capital budgeting analysis to support decision-making

  • Develop and maintain financial and operational data models

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting

  • Setup and monitor internal controls related to financial and operational reporting

  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting compliance, and adherence to internal policies

  • Provide analytical insights and support for strategic and cost optimization initiatives

  • Health & Safety: To work towards the fulfilment of EHS “Target Zero” objective (zero injuries, zero accidents, zero environmental incidents)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or MIS roles.

  • CA qualification preferred.

  • Strong exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, and cost tracking.

  • Comfortable working closely with operations and finance teams.

  • Experience creating leadership-level dashboards and presentations.
