Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel, Power BI, and financial data extraction from Trial Balances and ERP systems.


  • Extract and analyze financial data from Trial Balances and GL systems

  • Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actual) and identify key trends

  • Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and planning

  • Build interactive dashboards using Power BI

  • Prepare reports and insights for management decision-making

  • Ensure data accuracy through reconciliation with accounting teams

  • Support month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis/accounting

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query)

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI

  • Strong understanding of Trial Balance & financial statements

  • ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
