Job Description

The position of Finance Analyst MEA (Middle East and Africa) is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic finance team within a global organization. As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business decisions and strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights and recommendations that enhance financial performance and drive value creation. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles, regional economic conditions, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a passion for continuous process improvement in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.


Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data and prepare detailed and accurate financial reports.
  • Support regional financial planning and budgeting processes by providing key insights.
  • Evaluate performance data to determine shifts in market trends and financial forecasts.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and analyses.
  • Identify variances between actual and expected results and provide recommendations.
  • Deliver insightful presentations to management based on financial analyses.
  • Develop and monitor financial metrics to assess business performance effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in the MEA region.
  • Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
  • Conduct market research to support strategic decisions and business planning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in financial analysis or a similar role required.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools is essential.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process orientation.
