Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
The entry and control of accounting documents.
Monitoring supplier and customer invoices.
Preparation of payments and bank reconciliations.
Support in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports.
Filing and archiving of financial documents.
Participation in internal and external audits.
Monitoring budgets and expenses in coordination with other departments.
Document management and accounting operations.
Ensure the physical and electronic archiving of accounting, administrative, legal and tax documents.
Preparation of elements for monthly and annual closings.
Monitoring of supplier and customer accounts.
Collaboration with the accounting firm/chartered accountant.
Develop and update dashboards and performance indicators.
Participate in the preparation of periodic financial reports.
Organize meetings and write minutes.
Act as the interface between the Finance/Accounting department and other departments or partners.
Mail and records management.
Profile
University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
Initial experience in accounting desired.
Rigor, organizational skills and discretion.
Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of accounting software would be a plus.
Practical basics in accounting.
