Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Finance and Accounting Director
- Define the company's financial strategy
- To handle all financial, accounting and tax operations of the company
- Establish, in collaboration with management, investment, financing and cash flow plans with feasibility studies.
- Develop the financial structure for the investments decided by the company
- Assisting the various structures in preparing budgets
- Processing, monitoring and control of financial data
- Prepare financial and accounting information reports
- Prepare the company's balance sheets and profit and loss statements, and ensure their compliance with legal requirements.
- Validate management control: planning, budget, reporting
- Define customer payment terms with the General Management and ensure their application
- Receive the auditors and prepare all the necessary information for them.
- Ensure the preparation of the accounting and tax returns requested by the company
- develop the monthly, quarterly and annual financial dashboard
- Perform financial analyses
- Conduct periodic profitability studies for each product
- Manage and oversee the company's cash flow within the framework of the annual cash flow plan.
- Prepare the weekly and monthly activity reports for the DFC
- Define the inventory and DFC management procedures and ensure their compliance.
- Ensure the inventory is properly valued and the discrepancies are explained.
- To monitor developments in legislation and regulations in the areas of taxation, accounting, and commerce
- Monitor receivables in collaboration with the sales management
- Ensure compliance with general accounting aspects according to the new financial and accounting system and applicable standards.
- Mastery of the banking system

- Knowledge of the ISO 22000:2018 standard
