Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As Finance and Accounting Manager within our company, you will play a key role in overseeing financial and accounting activities , as well as managing finance consultants . You will ensure the quality of functional deliverables (SFG, test plans, user manuals) and oversee the successful integration of our Odoo ERP solutions for our clients.

You will work closely with senior management, project managers and functional teams to ensure the reliability of financial data , regulatory compliance , and the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes .

Main missions

  • To define and implement the company's accounting and financial strategy.
  • Supervise and support the functional consultants in finance and accounting.
  • Ensure legal, tax and analytical compliance of accounting records.
  • Ensure the preparation and validation of SFGs, recipe books and user manuals.
  • Verify the consistency between functional processes and ERP developments

Comp tences n c ssaires

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources, Law or Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Sense of organization, confidentiality and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in HR IT tools and collaborative software.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting and financial flows

Nice to have

  • Experience in change management or digital HR transformation.
  • Exp rience en int gration ERP (Odoo, SAP, etc.).
  • Skills in financial analysis and process automation.
  • Additional languages ​​(French, English, Arabic).

Desired Candidate Profile
