Finance and Accounting Manager

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations using online accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks).

• Ensure accurate and timely VAT filings in compliance with KSA regulations and stay updated on any changes in tax laws affecting the business.
• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts tailored for e-commerce operations.
• Monitor daily financial transactions, ensuring they comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing) to understand financial impacts and optimize profitability.
• Oversee internal controls and compliance related to finance and accounting.
• Support audit processes by preparing documentation and liaising with external auditors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk assessment for the e-commerce business.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and operational decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably within e-commerce or retail sectors.
• Proven expertise with cloud-based accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of VAT laws and compliance procedures specific to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Experience managing financials in fast-paced, digital-first business environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
