Finance Assistant ITP Media Group

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join us in our Beirut, Lebanon office.

Requirements

As a team member of ITP Live internal finance team, you will be handling all finance-related tasks. You will be the main point of contact for all ITP Live Group payments and coordinating between our influencers/hosts /suppliers and the finance department in terms of collecting payment paperwork (invoices, IDs, VAT certificates, etc), follow-up on their payments. You are responsible for ensure all of our influencers, hosts and suppliers are paid on time. The role also requires creating booking orders into our software programs, receiving relevant documents from the clients, ensuring booking orders are approved, rectifying discrepancies and handling clients prepayments.

In addition to assisting in preparing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the higher management, resolving errors in financial reports and collecting data across ITP Live team.

Key Requirements:

• Arabic speaking (mandatory)

• Financial knowledge i.e. payments, book keeping, understanding of tax
  
• Detail Oriented
  
• Microsoft Office Skills i.e. Excel, Word
  
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  
• Degree in Finance
  
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships
