Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the founder on financial analysis, business insights, and strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain financial models, MIS, dashboards, and performance trackers
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
  • Prepare high-quality presentations for internal discussions and external stakeholders
  • Drive structured thinking in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Work on special projects across finance, operations, and growth initiatives
  • Use tools (including AI) to improve efficiency, automation, and insights

Desired Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

  • Chartered Accountant (preferred) or strong finance background
  • 26 years of experience in finance, consulting, or similar roles
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers
  • Good understanding of how businesses operate, not just accounting
  • Excellent skills in Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint (clean, structured storytelling)
  • Ability to convert raw data into meaningful insights
  • Clear communication and structured thinking
  • High ownership mindset and ability to work directly with leadership
  • Willingness to work in a secondment model based in Dubai

Good to Have

  • Experience with financial modelling and MIS design
  • Exposure to business finance, not just compliance work
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation (ChatGPT, Excel automation, data tools, etc.)
