JOB TITLE

Finance Business Partner

ROLE PROFILE

  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with operation team to evaluate the performance, sales trends, margin drivers and shrinkage results.
  • Provide financial inputs for strategic initiatives, pricing decisions and cost-control measures.
  • Deliver dashboards and KPIs to support data driven decision making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers across the organization.
  • Serve as the finance business partner within the purchase forecast committee, validating purchase plans against working capital availability and cash flow.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance.
  • 5+ years in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, or a similar business partnering role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of retail or manufacturing finance (specifically shrinkage and margin drivers).
  • Expertise in building and maintaining automated dashboards.
