Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive financial performance by providing insightful analysis and recommendations to business leaders, influencing strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and translate them into financial implications, fostering collaboration.
  • Conduct variance analysis, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.

  • Holds a professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent, showcasing commitment to the profession and expertise.

  • Proficiency in SAP

  • Brings 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a related area, with a proven track record.

  • Demonstrates experience in a multinational corporation, understanding of global financial reporting standards.

  • Proficiency in SAP
