Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 to join our team.
Finance Consultant Responsibilities
-
Analyze and understand business processes, requirements, and pain points across ERP systems
-
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs
-
Configure and customize ERP modules to meet business needs without heavy code customization
-
Collaborate with technical teams to support integration with third-party systems and enterprise applications
-
Support data migration, data validation, and master data management activities
-
Conduct functional testing, system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution
-
Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and user documentation
-
Provide functional support during implementation, rollout, and post-go-live phases
-
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
-
Support change management, user training, and knowledge transfer activities
-
Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Continuously identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
-
4+ years of hands-on experience as a ERP Functional Consultant
-
Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations)
-
Experience working with at least one major ERP platform (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
-
Hands-on experience in system configuration, functional setup, and business rule definition
-
Experience supporting system integrations and working with technical development teams
-
Strong documentation skills including functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories
-
Experience working in Agile/Scrum implementation environments
-
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
