Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 to join our team.

Finance Consultant Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand business processes, requirements, and pain points across ERP systems

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs

  • Configure and customize ERP modules to meet business needs without heavy code customization

  • Collaborate with technical teams to support integration with third-party systems and enterprise applications

  • Support data migration, data validation, and master data management activities

  • Conduct functional testing, system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution

  • Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and user documentation

  • Provide functional support during implementation, rollout, and post-go-live phases

  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business objectives

  • Support change management, user training, and knowledge transfer activities

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Continuously identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ERP Functional Consultant

  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations)

  • Experience working with at least one major ERP platform (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

  • Hands-on experience in system configuration, functional setup, and business rule definition

  • Experience supporting system integrations and working with technical development teams

  • Strong documentation skills including functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum implementation environments

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
