Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to lead and manage the financial operations of our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will bring strong regional expertise, strategic financial insight, and hands-on experience in managing complex financial structures within the UAE.
Desired Candidate Profile
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, tax laws (including VAT and Corporate Tax), and international financial standards (IFRS)
Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships across multiple entities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and risk mitigation
Support investment structuring, financial modeling, and due diligence for transactions
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership for decision-making
Monitor and optimize cost structures and profitability across business verticals
