Key responsibilities include:

• 3-way match control (PO / Quotation / Invoice)
• Monitoring OPEX vs CAPEX allocations at PO level
• Managing accrual calculations, mainly for IT and procurement contracts
• Reviewing bank payment letters and checks before approval
• Overseeing item creation, discounts by channel, and VAT by SKU
• Controlling stock movements and destruction processes
• Monitoring contracts requiring stamp duties
• Following up on insurance claims and profit-sharing calculations
• Ensuring AR payments posted correctly to client accounts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting / Finance (professional certification is a plus).
• 5 8+ years of experience in financial control, accounting, and/or treasury roles.
• Strong knowledge of P2P controls, accruals, inventory controls, VAT, discounts, and compliance.
• Solid understanding of banking/treasury operations, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity.
• Fluent in Arabic & English (French is a plus).
