Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

  • Be responsible for adherence to Hexcel accounting and ethical policies.
  • Ensure reporting requirements and deadlines are met, with support from the FR Head of Finance whilst ensuring accurate and detailed analysis:
  • Support in setting up the Apriso and D365 systems.
  • Support project/production/plant managers with analytical information and anticipate upcoming risks and challenges in the business.
  • Complete Ad-hoc reports and statistics.
  • Prepare and file the Company Tax returns and monthly tax entries for Corporate in TaxStream.
  • Ensure that the Legal statutory accounts are completed and filed accurately on time.
  • Plan work so as to ensure that the requirements of budget, quarterly estimates, monthly reports and any ad-hoc requests are met in a timely and accurate manner with sufficient depth of analysis.
  • The finance function (4 members) interacts with all departments on site, Corporate HQ, external/internal auditors and management accountant of other sites, etc.
  • Will be regular contact for local Bank, Insurers, Midparc admin, MedZ Sourcing, Ministry of Industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s/master s degree in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive Finance experience, with expertise in local tax/regulatory compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Moroccan tax laws & statutory reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as AX, Navision, or similar platforms, along with advanced Excel skills & Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of standard costing, product costing processes, and budgetary control.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and tact.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English & French.
