Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and streamline operations.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts that align with strategic business goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA to validate expertise in financial management.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the specific industry relevant to our business (e.g., manufacturing, retail, tech) is highly desirable.
