Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  •  Support the effective coordination and administration of financial operations within the Finance Unit.

  •  Responsible for assisting in financial reporting, budget coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between finance Department.

  • Preparation of financial reports, tracking budget utilization, supporting procurement and payment processes, maintaining financial records and documentation, and assisting in monitoring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

  • Facilitate the consolidation of financial data, follow up on pending financial actions, and support the officer in financial planning, analysis, and operational decision-making.

  • Support audit requirements and contribute to improving financial processes and administrative efficiency within the finance unit.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, providing a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • Possession of a relevant certification like CPA or CMA is advantageous, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Prior experience in the financial services or a related industry is desirable, offering industry-specific knowledge.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles is preferred, indicating practical application of skills.
