Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the effective coordination and administration of financial operations within the Finance Unit.
Responsible for assisting in financial reporting, budget coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between finance Department.
Preparation of financial reports, tracking budget utilization, supporting procurement and payment processes, maintaining financial records and documentation, and assisting in monitoring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Facilitate the consolidation of financial data, follow up on pending financial actions, and support the officer in financial planning, analysis, and operational decision-making.
Support audit requirements and contribute to improving financial processes and administrative efficiency within the finance unit.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, providing a strong foundation in financial principles.
- Possession of a relevant certification like CPA or CMA is advantageous, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
- Prior experience in the financial services or a related industry is desirable, offering industry-specific knowledge.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles is preferred, indicating practical application of skills.
