Mark Williams are currently recruiting for a Finance Director (UAE National) for a market leading Semi-Government company based in Dubai. The Finance Director will be key member of the team and will drive the business forward. The Role Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks. Oversee compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and audit requirements. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and asset protection measures. Lead all finance operations, including accounting, treasury, payroll, budgeting, and fixed assets. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational and strategic priorities. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Drive financial innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. Evaluate new programs, ventures, and capital projects through robust business case analysis. Develop financial models, KPIs, and performance metrics to support institutional objectives. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board. Managing a small team
