Overview Our client is a leading Large-scale company in the field of Food Manufacturing and Retail. With a significant footprint and ambitious growth objectives, they are seeking a strategic financial leader to steer their regional operations and expansion initiatives from their headquarters in Amman, Jordan.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Expansion & Franchising: Lead financial modeling and risk assessment for rapid retail branch expansion and provide expert valuation and structural support for international franchising plans.
• Financial Governance & Systems: Design and implement robust financial systems and internal controls to oversee a high volume of retail branches, ensuring consistency and data integrity across all locations.
• Advanced ERP Management: Oversee the optimization and management of SAP Business One (or similar advanced ERPs) to streamline multi-country reporting and operational efficiency.
• Feasibility & Investment Analysis: Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for new market entries, product lines, and capital expenditures to ensure high ROI and alignment with corporate strategy.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Direct the preparation of timely and accurate consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations across multi-country operations.
• Treasury & Cash Flow Optimization: Manage regional liquidity, multi-currency strategies, and banking relationships to support the capital requirements of a high-growth manufacturing and retail environment.
• Leadership & Performance Management: Report directly to the Managing Director, providing actionable insights while leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team to meet rigorous KPIs.
