Roles & Responsibilities


Job Summary

The Finance Director supports the CFO
in leading the holding s financial management, investment evaluations,
financial reporting, and internal control systems. The role is critical in
ensuring financial rigor, operational efficiency, and providing financial
leadership across ISRAR s portfolio of education assets

Responsibilities
1. Financial Operations and
Reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including
    accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of ISRAR s
    consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/SOCPA.

  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual
    financial closing and reporting processes.

2. Investment and Portfolio Support
  • Support the CFO and investment teams in financial
    due diligence, valuation modeling, and financial feasibility studies for
    acquisitions and new investments.

  • Analyze portfolio companies' financial
    performance, recommend corrective actions, and track value creation
    initiatives.

3. Financial Planning and
Forecasting

  • Prepare rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and
    5-year financial plans aligned with ISRAR s growth targets.

  • Develop financial dashboards and KPIs for internal
    management reporting.

4. Internal Controls and Risk
Management

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor internal control
    systems across ISRAR Holding and subsidiaries.

  • Ensure compliance with all ZATCA, SOCPA, and other
    regulatory requirements.

5. Treasury and Cash Management
  • Support liquidity planning, treasury operations,
    and optimal cash flow management under CFO guidance.

  • Support capital structuring, banking relations,
    and investment funding planning.

6. Team Leadership
  • Supervise the Finance team (accounting, FP&A,
    reporting officers).

Provide
mentoring, technical training, and leadership development for financial staff.


Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields;
  • CPA, CMA, or CFA credentials preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including in investment
    holding companies, education sector preferred.

  • Strong
    experience in financial due diligence, internal control systems, and
    performance reporting.
