Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals
• Advise CEO and senior leadership on financial planning and risk management
• Lead long-term financial forecasting and budgeting

2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide actionable insights on production costs, margins, and efficiency
• Monitor KPIs specific to manufacturing (e.g., cost per unit, inventory turnover)

3. Cost Control & Manufacturing Finance

• Analyze and optimize cost structures (raw materials, labor, overhead)
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements
• Partner with operations to improve plant performance and profitability

4. Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, IFRS, and tax laws (including VAT)
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

5. Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
• Optimize inventory financing and credit control processes

6. Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the finance team
• Establish strong financial governance and internal controls
