Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Finance Enterprise Partner acts as a strategic advisor to the business, moving beyond data generation to provide high-impact interpretation and decision support. You are responsible for the financial health and profitability of your specific area, whether it be a business area, chapter, function, or network. In this role, you won't just report the numbers, you will own them. You will work across 14 diverse countries to turn financial data into competitive advantages.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
Act as a strategic co-pilot for stakeholders, facilitating discussions that lead to informed business decisions.
Serve as the primary financial advisor to business leads, helping them navigate complex commercial landscapes.
Proactively drive overall market and customer profitability span>and contract fulfillment, taking the measures as required. /span>
Perform commercial market analysis and build robust business cases for new initiatives.
Monitor deals and define pricing strategies, including floor price management.
Generate ad hoc reports and analysis specifically designed to create actionable business insights.
Planning & Forecasting (Content Owner)
Own the content and justification for key P&L lines: Sales, COGS, Depreciation, and Other Profit & Capital (OPC).
Take full accountability for Sales and COGS planning, providing the narratives that explain our regional performance.
Maintain full responsibility for all financials within your assigned scope.
Provide the "why" behind the numbers for Monthly Outlooks regarding Sales, COGS, and overall profitability.
Performance Monitoring & Compliance
Use your analytical prowess to identify market opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.
Monitor critical business drivers including instrument placements, Capex, span>OPEX and Account Receivables (AR)./span>
Oversee company books, perform periodic balance sheet clean-ups, and serve as the audit liaison to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manage specific month-end actions, including Trial Balance (TB) preparation and submitting actual consolidation reports in DIS.
Ensure Excellence
Maintain the highest standards of financial compliance and audit readiness.
Collaborate with the service providers and RSS to ensure the completion of all the required corporate and statutory reporting in a timely manner.
Contribute to any other area as per business need.
Desired Candidate Profile
You hold University degree in Finance/ Economics / Mathematics or similar
You are a financial professional who thrives on interpretation and discussion rather than just template preparation
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, commercial and customer centric mindset with an ability to put all available financial and operational information into a holistic picture
You have an analytical mindset and are an expert in building business cases and analyzing customer profitability
You are a collaborator who values courageous authenticity and transparent feedback
You are technically proficient in financial reporting tools including Excel, Tableaux, Power BI, or similar
You bring good communication skills, and you are fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbally)
