Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
- Monitor receivable aging reports and follow up with customers through email, calls, and WhatsApp to ensure timely collections.
- Review statements of account (SOAs) and ensure accurate reconciliation of outstanding balances.
- Resolve reconciliation issues raised by exhibitors in coordination with the Global Solutions team.
- Escalate slow-paying or non-responsive customers to senior management for further action.
- Support accurate payment tagging and ensure updated SOAs.
- Handle additional finance-related tasks as assigned, showing initiative and adaptability.
- Communicate effectively with exhibitors, internal teams, and senior management.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when working with large datasets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant finance or accounts receivable experience.
Finance certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are an advantage.
Knowledge of the cinema or entertainment industry is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent data management skills.
Capable of working independently, multitasking, and managing time under pressure.
