Job Summary
Join Our Growing Team at NADZ Healthcare!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve business performance
Coordinate with other departments for financial matters and reporting
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry (hospitals, clinics, or medical centers)
Proven experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting
principles and financial reporting Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
