Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic financial planning by developing long-term financial goals and forecasts to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards to inform stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and risk assessments to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Manage budgeting processes, aligning departmental budgets with overall business objectives while monitoring adherence throughout the fiscal year.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency across financial processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making and enhance business performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting software, particularly advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and make informed strategic recommendations.
