Roles & Responsibilities
We're building the fastest launch team in fintech. Our mission is to take new markets live faster than anyone else. To do that, we need people who thrive under pressure, make smart decisions with incomplete information, and own outcomes end to end. We're looking for a finance-rooted operator to own and execute the finance side of our launches. You'll lead forecasting, compliance, bank accounts, and external relationships, while shaping the business model as data comes in. Your job is to keep launches moving by unblocking anything finance-related and ensuring we have control and visibility over economics from day one. This isn't a narrow finance role. You'll anchor in finance but work across operations, compliance, product, analytics, and commercial to remove blockers and drive execution. If it matters for launch, it's in scope.
What you'll do
- Own all finance aspects of market launches - forecasting, modelling, structuring, controls, reporting, and compliance.
- Be the point person with internal teams and external stakeholders to unblock execution and keep launches moving.
- Shape and refine the launch business model as data emerges - surfacing insights, improving cost visibility, and safeguarding unit economics.
- Ensure finance infrastructure is launch-ready - reconciliations, reporting, and scalable processes in place from day one.
- Step into broader commercial and operational issues where needed - from contracts to partner negotiations - to accelerate launch and protect economics.

Desired Candidate Profile
A finance-rooted operator who thrives in ambiguity and high stakes. Experience in launching new markets from the ground up, and managing those launches from a finance perspective. Autonomous and decisive - you make fast, well-judged calls without waiting for perfect information. Obsessed with ownership - problems don't sit unattended when you're in the room. Able to simplify complexity into clear, actionable steps and drive them to completion. Equally comfortable shaping strategy and diving into execution. A trusted communicator - concise, clear, and able to align stakeholders without slowing things down.
