Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Finance, including but not limited to Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Investment Analysis, Financial Markets, Risk Management, FinTech, and related areas.
Mentor students, supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, and support students academic and professional development.
Contribute to curriculum development, program review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
Secure external research funding and manage funded research projects.
Foster collaboration with industry partners.
Participate in service activities at the School, University, and professional community levels.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ph.D. in Finance, Financial Economics, Accounting and Finance, or a closely related field.
Appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor.
Strong publication record in reputable international journals.
Demonstrated excellence in teaching and supervision.
Experience in securing research grants.
Expertise in Corporate Finance, Investments, Financial Markets, Risk Management, FinTech, or Data Analytics.
