Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager with fluency in Arabic and strong expertise in green/sustainable projects and feasibility studies. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting project feasibility analyses, managing conducting investment analyses, managing project funding, and ensuring sound financial decision-making to support project execution and long-term business growth and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for green and sustainability-focused projects.
Conduct detailed feasibility studies, financial models, and ROI analyses for eco-friendly initiatives.
Assess project risks and recommend mitigation strategies to support sound investment decisions.
Oversee project financing, including debt/equity structuring, investor relations, and liaising with banks and financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, international accounting standards (IFRS), and sustainability reporting frameworks.
Prepare and present financial reports and investment cases to senior management, boards, and external stakeholders.
Support strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and PPP (public-private partnership) initiatives in green and infrastructure sectors.
Monitor project financial performance, cash flow, and funding requirements throughout execution phases.
Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting process for multiple projects.
Conduct feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and detailed financial modeling to assess project viability.
Evaluate risks, funding requirements, and return on investment (ROI) for new and ongoing projects.
Oversee project financing, including negotiations with banks, investors, and external partners.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and project stakeholders.
Monitor project cash flows, costs, and profitability to support timely and accurate decision-making.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive teams and external stakeholders.
Support tender evaluations, bid submissions, and contract negotiations from a financial perspective.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s/MBA or professional certification such as CPA/CFA/ACCA preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of finance management experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Proven track record in green/sustainable project finance and feasibility studies.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, project evaluation, and investment appraisal.
Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, and risk assessment.
Solid understanding of UAE financial regulations and business practices.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
